1. General Policy

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within the eligible time period.
  • Refunds are only issued for eligible products/services as specified below.
  • Setup fees, administrative charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

2. Domain Registration & Renewal

  • No refunds are provided for domain registrations, renewals, or transfers.
  • Once a domain is registered or renewed, the process is irreversible as it is handled through third-party registrars.
  • Mistyped domain names or buyer errors are not refundable.

3. Web Hosting Services

Shared Hosting & BDIX Turbo Hosting:

  • Hosting plans are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued if there is a valid technical issue that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Usage of over 1GB bandwidth or 500MB storage voids refund eligibility.
  • No refunds are provided on hosting renewals or upgrades.

4. SSL Certificates

  • SSL certificates are refundable only if not issued by the Certificate Authority (CA).
  • Once an SSL certificate is issued, no refund is possible.

5. Other Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • WHOIS Privacy Protection
  • Custom Packages or Special Offers
  • One-time Setup Fees
  • Website Migration Services

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds may be subject to transaction fees imposed by payment gateways or banks.
